Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Current PI License, or the ability to obtain one, is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process US sex offender searches.
• Assist with Texas state-level research.
• Assist with Federal level research.
• Process and fulfill MVRs in applicable states.
• Request and process releases.
• Make outgoing calls to gather information.
• Research records for criminal and non-criminal history.
• Grade and ensure compliance of criminal history.
• Process releases and other materials received.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Processes US Sex offender searches.

Assists with Texas Stateside research.

Assists with Federal level research.

Processes and fulfills MVRs in some states.

Requests and processes releases.

Makes outgoing calls.

Researches records for criminal and non-criminal history.

Grading and compliance of criminal history.

Processing of releases and other received materials.

Other responsibilities as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of customer service experience.

Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communicative skills, both written and verbal.

Strong deductive reasoning and problem solving abilities.

Current PI License, or will obtain PI License. DISAWorks® system experience.
