Star Travellers DMC is seeking a Backend Sales Manager to drive lead generation and manage the travel agent network in Bangalore. The role requires strong local market knowledge and the ability to work with backend sales for conversions.

Based in Bangalore, you should be comfortable traveling within nearby regions, possess a bike and a laptop, and be ready for immediate joining. The position is office-based with six working days per week.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years experience in travel, banking, insurance or service industry.
• Based in Bangalore and familiar with the local market.
• Age up to 25 years.
• Must own a bike and a laptop.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from local travel agents through direct communication and relationship building.
• Share leads with the backend sales team for conversion.
• Actively manage and grow the travel agent network across the assigned regions.
• Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide weekly reports and market feedback to management for strategy alignment.
