Altimetrik in Chennai seeks an experienced Python Backend Developer to own backend design, implementation, and deployment of scalable services. You will build REST APIs, integrate with internal and third-party systems, and optimize data workflows with strong SQL usage.

Assumes 6–9 years of experience, proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), and collaboration with DevOps, frontend, and business teams to deliver reliable, secure backend solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with strong experience building scalable backend applications, REST APIs, and database-driven services. The candidate will own backend development from requirements and design through deployment and production support.

Pharma or Life Sciences domain experience is an advantage.
