Job summary

Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Java backend developer to design and implement robust microservices using Spring Boot. You will work with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL databases in a modern cloud-enabled stack.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD is expected, with preferred exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure. The role emphasizes strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Java backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle).
• Good knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good to Have: Redis, MongoDB, WebFlux. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud or Java certifications.
