Job summary

IMA Schelling Group in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced software engineer specializing in C# and .NET to design, develop and integrate scalable IT services and products. You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.

Join Agile teams, contribute to software architecture, code quality, testing, deployment and operations, and own the complete SDLC while embracing modern DevOps with Docker

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development with C# / .NET.
• Experience with MongoDB is an added advantage.
• Strong RESTful API design using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Good understanding of Agile development, Scrum.
• Experience with microservices, Docker and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and collaborative communication skills.
• Eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities

Design, develop and integrate high-quality software solutions that ensure reliable, scalable, and future-ready IT services and products. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with the PO during backlog refinement and planning sessions to analyze and clarify business requirements into well-defined technical solutions Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle You contribute beyond coding to areas such as software architecture, code quality, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.

Learn and use software engineering best practices to build secure, maintainable and high-performing applications.

Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools and development practices to improve product quality and team productivity.

Your profile

• You have a bachelors or masters degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on-experience in software development using C# / .NET
• Experience working with MongoDB is an added advantage
• Strong experience in designing, developing and consuming RESTful web services and APIs using modern standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for learning and working with new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English an mandatory .
