We are seeking an experienced Software Application Engineer with 68 years of hands‑on experience in C# development, application troubleshooting, and technical analysis. The ideal candidate will independently handle complex application issues, design scalable solutions, and support production systems with strong analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  • Develop clean, reusable, and optimized code following best practices.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
  • Review and improve code quality across the team.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex application and integration issues.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis using debugging tools, logs, and performance monitors.
  • Provide production support and long‑term fixes to maintain stability.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve high‑priority incidents.
• Analysis & Optimization:
  • Interpret business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new features, patches, and upgrades.
  • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and scalability.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design diagrams, and analysis reports.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Create and maintain unit tests and integration tests.
  • Assist QA teams in regression and system testing cycles.
  • Ensure code adheres to performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work with product owners, developers, QA, and support teams.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities.
