Job summary

vCommission Media is seeking a Backend Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join the Tech Solutions team in Gurgaon. You will design and develop scalable Golang microservices and REST APIs, implement Redis caching, and work with PostgreSQL databases in a distributed cloud environment.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of features, collaboration across Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams, and contributing to CI/CD automation on GCP or equivalent platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and microservices.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Good knowledge of system design, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Redis, SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, context, and error handling.
• Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Good knowledge of Shell/Bash, Git, and CI/CD.
• Practical experience with GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities
