Vedant invest and insure is seeking a reliable Back Office Executive to support its insurance operations. The role focuses on structured backend work, documentation, and coordinating with insurers, while leveraging AI tools to draft emails and organize data.

The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently. Basic English reading & writing skills and strong MS Excel/Word knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• Experience in insurance / finance / back office (preferred, not mandatory).
• Basic English reading & writing skills.

• Preparing quotations and comparison sheets
• Coordinating with insurance companies for approvals & documentation
• Maintaining records in CRM, Excel & internal systems
• Drafting professional emails to insurers & clients
• Using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to draft emails, summarize documents & organize data
• Backend documentation support for the sales team
• Organized and detail-focused
