Role
The Back Office Junior Dispatcher (Offshore) supports Dream Big Transportation’s Toronto- based dispatch operations from a Company approved remote Business Process Offshore Centre (BPOC). This role operates exclusively in the Toronto EST time zone and focuses on load creation, border documentation, driver coordination support, and real-time communication with customers and the in-house dispatch team in Canada.

2 x 12 hour shifts => 24 x 6 or 24 x 5 support.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year dispatch experience with a Cross-Border Canada–USA trucking company operating from Toronto or Montreal.
Strong working knowledge of ACE, ACI, PARS, PAPS, and cross-border customs clearance procedures.
Working understanding of Drivers Hours of Service requirements in Canada and USA.
Strong knowledge of TMS platforms, preferably Avaal.
Strong knowledge of Samsara Fleet Management software.
Ability to work 10–12-hour EST-aligned shifts, 5 or 6 days per week.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
Must work from the designated Business Process Offshore Centre (not home-based).
Core Responsibilities
Technical Skills Required
High proficiency in ACE/ACI filing systems, PARS/PAPS workflows, TMS platforms, and ELD/GPS tracking tools.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and document handling.
Ability to interpret and apply Hours-of-Service (HOS) compliance rules.

Ability to juggle multiple loads simultaneously under tight timelines.

Technical Skills Required
This is a full-time offshore role aligned 100% to Toronto EST.
The candidate must work onsite from the designated BPOC facility.
Training on systems, SOPs, TMS workflows, and communication protocols will be provided.
Strict adherence to data security, confidentiality, and internal policies is mandatory.
