Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang)/Node.js in production systems.
• Strong understanding of concurrency patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful/gRPC APIs using Go/Node.js.
• Build scalable, high-performance, and concurrent systems.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following best practices.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL/NoSQL).
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Implement microservices architecture and integrate with message queues (Kafka).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Debug and resolve production issues; participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
• Document APIs, services, and technical decisions.
