Compensation: $45,000–$60,000/year

Location: Remote or flexible work arrangements

Role Responsibilities

• Ship production-quality code weekly across Python- and Go-based backend services and a React/Next.js frontend that screens millions of candidates
• Design and develop new microservices for real-time ranking, interview analytics, and pay-out processing handling millions in transactions
• Collaborate with senior engineers to profile, test, and strengthen LLM-powered AI agents
• Engage directly with users, translate pain points into technical specifications, and take ownership of feature development end-to-end

Qualifications

• Strong computer science fundamentals with portfolio projects to demonstrate skills
• Fast iteration cycle skills: prototype, test, and ship features rapidly
• Equal emphasis on product polish and system performance
• Interest or experience with large language models (LLMs), retrieval, and ranking systems is a plus
