Responsibilities

• Build secure, sandboxed terminal environments simulating real-world network systems and architectures.
• Design reproducible benchmarks to test AI agents’ ability to troubleshoot and optimize network operations.
• Simulate network topologies, routing issues, latency challenges, and system-level failures for evaluation tasks.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to define benchmark parameters, reward structures, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain systems for task automation, environment resets, and network state validation.
• Scale tasks from simple network configuration challenges to multi-host, distributed infrastructure simulations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Network, Systems, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong command of Linux-based networking, shell scripting, and terminal operations.
• Deep understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP/S.
• Hands‑on experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, iptables, tcpdump, Netcat, Wireshark, or QEMU.
• Ability to simulate and troubleshoot complex networking scenarios.
• Interest in AI-driven automation and agent-based testing frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
