Role Responsibilities

• Ship production-ready code across backend services and frontend applications on a weekly basis.
• Build and maintain Python- and Go-based microservices supporting real-time ranking, interview analytics, and payments.
• Contribute to React and Next.js frontend features used to screen millions of candidates.
• Design, test, and harden systems that power LLM-based agents.
• Work closely with senior engineers to profile performance, improve reliability, and scale systems.
• Translate user pain points into technical specifications and own features end-to-end.
