What we are looking for ?

We are looking for a Frontend (React) developer who will actively work in a multi-disciplinary fast paced environment. A strong Frontend (React) application developer possesses a combination of technical skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of front app development best practices. This role requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step into different roles depending on the size and scope of the project, its primary responsibility is to design and build next generation frontend applications. React development with extensive experience in Front-end frameworks and backend support knowledge. This role is expected to work independently as Front-end lead cum developer to develop a web-based application from the requirements and wireframe designs provided.

Relevant Experience – 5- 9 years

Designation – Tech Lead/Developer

Deep hands-on experience on Front end engineering from requirement gathering to front end design for end customer facing applications.
Responsible to formulate business development strategies for Front-end Development
Ability to work independently & effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented group that has several concurrent projects.
Selection of optimal design solutions with best practices implementation for the customer
Experience with popular and upcoming cutting-edge front-end frameworks
Experience in design, architecture, development, code reviews, testing and performance tuning of components / applications / products.
Experience in Agile Scrum development methodology and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Gather and prioritize product requirements, define, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
Understand requirement and come up with low-level and high-level application system design. This includes preparing diagrams which depicts flow through various layers of the application, ports and protocols required, communication strategy, identifying micro services required, communication between services and document the same.
Passionate about technology and customer success with excellent communication and articulation skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions at a level appropriate for technical and non-technical audiences.
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Proficiency with Micro frontend architecture, design patterns and SPA (Single Page Application) / PWA (Progressive Web Application)
Proficiency with Git and GitHub version control for source code management and collaboration.
Extensive Experience of frameworks Redux, React Saga, Material UI, Just, Enzyme, Reactiflux, NEXT.JS
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavioral driven development (BDD) concepts and its implementation
Awareness of security best practices: Implementing secure coding practices to protect user data.
Debugging and Performance Optimization, Identifying and fixing bugs efficiently and ensuring smooth performance and responsiveness of the app.
Responsible for writing the front-end UI responsive web mobile design in React with backend sprint boot services or NodeJS or NPM
Experience with using web services (REST APIs, SOAP, APIs).
Experience using NodeJS and NPM

Qualification:- Bachelor / Master from IITs / RECs / Reputed Institution in one of the following streams
