Job summary

Capco is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for Business Banking projects. You will drive business analysis in digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector, identifying and documenting change requirements, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, practical problem-solving, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on SME or business banking contexts and commercial banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation engagements.
• Experience working on change delivery programs within banking or financial services.
• Ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycle, from initiation through implementation.
• Good understanding of the financial services industry, preferably in SME or business banking contexts.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and influence stakeholders.
