Job summary

Capco, a global technology and management consultancy, seeks a Senior Business Analyst for private banking and wealth management with a data analytics focus. You’ll drive transformation, capture requirements, and define MVP scope for key initiatives.

Based in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune or Gurgaon (hybrid), you’ll collaborate with international banks and cross‑functional teams, using Jira/Confluence and Agile to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Must have strong Business Analyst skills and experience in transformation programmes.
• Experience in Agile delivery and working with global banks.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and prioritize requirements to determine MVP scope.
• Communicate requirements to stakeholders and document use cases.
• Collaborate with global banks and cross-functional teams on transformation programs.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage agile delivery and traceability.
