Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; Finance/Commerce backgrounds preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new retail clients for equity trading and investment products.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Promote investment products such as Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and other financial products.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC documentation, and trading account activation.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide ongoing client support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales, acquisition, and activation targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide basic guidance and support regarding investment-related products and services.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream; candidates from Finance or Commerce backgrounds will be preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2C financial sales, relationship management, or client servicing is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in financial markets may also apply.
• Passion for stock markets and financial services.
