BlogVault is seeking an AI Creative Producer to elevate video quality, oversee YouTube operations, and build robust production systems. This role blends creative direction with hands-on execution, emphasizing AI-powered workflows and scalable processes across multiple formats.

You will lead the charge on storytelling, pacing, hooks, and visuals, while ensuring deadlines and quality metrics are met. The position is on-site at Indiranagar, Bengaluru with a five‑day week and relocation support.

Qualifications

BlogVault builds products that help WordPress website owners and agencies keep their websites secure, backed up, and running smoothly. Through WPDev, we create videos for WordPress professionals, developers, agencies, and website owners.

As we scale the volume and variety of our videos, we're looking for an AI Creative Producer to improve creative quality, oversee YouTube operations, and build reliable production systems that help us do more without compromising quality.

This role combines creative direction with hands-on execution. You should enjoy making great videos just as much as building the processes that make them possible.

• Identify repetitive tasks and use AI to improve production efficiency and the editing process.
• Build workflows, SOPs, templates, and quality checks that support multiple videos and formats simultaneously.
• Oversee production using AI to schedule and set deadlines to resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop and review compelling titles and thumbnail concepts.
• Guide editors on pacing, structure, visuals, and overall execution.
• Review videos for visual quality and clarity to publish.
• Develop stronger hooks, openings, and storytelling to keep viewers engaged.
• Use audience retention, packaging performance, and feedback to improve future videos.
• Improve turnaround times and reduce avoidable revisions without lowering quality.

Who We're Looking For

• This role is NOT for traditional filmmakers, TV commercial directors, or video editors looking for a title bump.
• We do not need someone to set up basic production schedules from scratch.
• We need a creative director and systems thinker who actively elevates the quality and retention of every video asset with:
• 4-5 years of experience in video production, directing, post-production, and YouTube content operations. (Demonstrated ownership matters more than exact tenure)
• A sharp eye for storytelling and the ability to balance creative ambition with deadlines.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to understand unfamiliar subjects.
• Experience in using AI to build editing pipelines with tools like Hyperframes, Descript, Higgsfield, etc.
• Strong organisational skills and ownership to handle both creative and operational work.

Your Team and Growth

• You’ll be jointly managed by the Marketing Lead and Video Lead, working with 2-3 editors, one presenter, and 2-3 subject-matter experts.
• You’ll have the opportunity to shape the WPDev YouTube channel and production systems as our content output grows.

What Success Looks Like

• You’ll build scalable production workflows, effective AI-assisted processes, and increased output with consistent video quality and more reliable publishing.

This is an on-site role in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, with a five‑day workweek. Some shoots, release deadlines, or unexpected production needs may require additional effort. We value people who take ownership, solve problems, and follow through.
