Job summary

A MIX READY MIX CONCRETE - PRIYA CEMENTS GROUP - CHENNAI seeks a QC-focused professional to check raw materials and monitor concrete production for quality and consistency across batches.

You will conduct slump, cube, temperature and density tests for fresh and hardened concrete, ensure proper sampling and curing, and maintain complete test records and quality registers.

Required locations: Gandimaisamma, Suryapet, Warangal, Nalgonda.

Responsibilities

• To check the quality of Raw Material including cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, water, and mineral additives.
• Monitor concrete production, batching accuracy, water-cement ratio, workability, temperature, and other quality parameters.
• Conduct slump, cube, temperature, density, and other relevant tests for fresh and hardened concrete.
• Ensure proper sampling, identification, curing, testing, and record keeping of concrete cubes.
• Analyze cube test results and monitor compressive strength and quality trends.
• Maintain and update QC documentation, test reports, inspection records, calibration records, and quality registers.
• Required Locations: Gandimaisamma /Suryapet / Warangal / Nalgonda.
