Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an Azure Stack HCI Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our office-based team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, and Windows Server production support, including S2D and cluster troubleshooting.

You will manage upgrades, perform patching, and analyze logs to provide RCA for complex incidents, while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams in a shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Hyper-V / MS Cluster Administration.
• OS upgrades, patching & firmware upgrades.
• RCA using logs and dump-file analysis.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage Hyper-V and Azure Stack HCI environments.
• Troubleshoot S2D, cluster and VM issues.
• Perform OS patching and firmware upgrades.
• Handle Windows Server upgrades and production support.
• Analyze performance issues, logs and dump files.
• Provide RCA and resolution for complex incidents.
• Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain high-quality communication and support standards.
