• Function as a player-coachTechnical Lead, dedicating approximately 60% of effort to hands-on codingand solution development, and 40% to mentoring, technical governance, codereviews, and team development.
  
• Leverage AI-assisted engineeringtools such as Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude to improve developerproductivity, accelerate development, enhance code quality, and supportengineering best practices.
  
• Overall, the Technical Leadshould be a reference point and technical role model for the team.
