Job summary

Softura is seeking an Azure .NET Technical Lead to drive one or more projects in a Chennai/Ahmedabad setup. The role requires 10-12 years of experience with hands-on coding in C#/.NET Core and deep Azure service expertise including App Service, API Management, Event Hub, and Cosmos DB.

Excellent communication is essential. The candidate will mentor team members, lead design and reviews, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have worked on Azure environment for 4+ years.
• Hands-on coding experience with frameworks, components, and PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more projects under development.
• Understand requirements and design detailed solutions.
• Design and implement automated unit tests.
• Use best practices and coding standards.
• Lead peer-reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Escalate issues affecting delivery and quality promptly.
• Ensure on-time delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Support PM in appraisal processes and serve as a team reference.

Responsibilities:

• Own one or more projects under development
• Thoroughly understand the Requirements & Design and Develop detailed design
• Design and implement automated unit testing framework as required
• Use best practices and coding standards
• Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedbackClarify all unknown areas, which are communicated by the Onsite team, from the customer
• Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Architect
• Promptly escalation issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager
• Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables
• Target - Zero surprises; proactively react to the surprises with the detailed written explanation
• Help PM in the annual and mid-year appraisal process
• Overall tech lead should be a reference book for his/her team members
