You will drive the adoption of Azure best practices across IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, and security while collaborating with US leadership to align platform capabilities with business aims.

The role demands 10+ years in Azure platform engineering, strong leadership, and deep DevOps expertise, with preferred exposure to healthcare or regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Azure platform engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with US-based leadership and product teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.
• Drive the implementation of Azure best practices in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring, and security.
• Own and lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts during production outages or critical incidents, ensuring rapid root cause analysis and system restoration.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance to meet the demands of healthcare billing systems.
• Champion Agile and SAFe methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of platform features.
• Manage team capacity, performance reviews, and career development plans.
• Oversee incident response, operational tasks, and proactive platform improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ yearsof hands-on experience inAzure platform engineering, including IaaS, PaaS, networking, and security.
• Provenpeople leadership experience, with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding ofAgile/SAFemethodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
• Experience in thehealthcare domainor other regulated industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-400).
• Experience with tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, and monitoring platforms (e.g., LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor, App Insights).
• Familiarity with containerization (AKS, Docker) and microservices architecture.

• Experience with cost allocation and financial reporting initiatives to support Finance in tracking cloud spend and optimizing budget alignment.
