Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant at Azure Knowledge Corporation in Ahmedabad.

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and budgeting.

They will also provide financial advice, audit accounts, and provide trustworthy information about financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Reporting

• Oversee complete accounting processes and ensure timely book closure.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per accounting standards.
• Manage reconciliations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Financial Control & Analysis

• Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and implement cost controls.
• Ensure strong internal financial controls and process improvements.

Audit & Compliance

• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Optimize working capital, forecast cash flow, and oversee treasury operations.
• Liaise with banks and external stakeholders.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring operational excellence.
• Strong accounting, taxation, and auditing knowledge.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e., Tally, ).
• Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
