Job summary

The candidate will drive automation, DevSecOps, and deployment strategies while collaborating with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on Azure DevOps and cloud engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
• Strong scripting and IaC skills with Terraform/ARM/Bicep.
• Experience with DevSecOps and deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary).
• Hybrid work mode; Bangalore location; immediate joiner preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of DevOps practices and CI/CD solutions across Azure environments. The candidate will be responsible for CI/CD development, implementing, improving automation, and driving cloud and DevOps best practices across development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Azure services..
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automated build, deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Manage and optimize Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Test Plans.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or ARM/Bicep templates.
• Implement branching strategies, pull-request workflows, code reviews, and release management processes.
• Integrate automated security and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement DevSecOps practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Implement deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments where required.
• Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and scripting.
• Work closely with developers, architects, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior DevOps engineers.
• Establish DevOps standards, reusable templates, documentation, and best practices.
• Participate in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
