Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure for complex banking and financial services deployments in Bengaluru.

The role emphasizes IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep), Git-based source control, Docker and AKS, and Azure Monitor for reliable delivery and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with strong DevOps expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services and Azure Cloud.
• Expertise in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, Azure Repos.
• Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps tools, and modern software delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Implement DevOps best practices across build, release, deployment, monitoring, and automation processes.
• Configure and maintain source code repositories using Git and branching strategies.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery.
• Implement security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance standards within DevOps processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and performance issues across environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong DevOps expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services and Azure Cloud.
• Expertise in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, Azure Repos.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
• Experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Knowledge of Azure services such as:

  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Azure Virtual Networks
  • Azure SQL Database
  • Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
