Job summary

Brillio is seeking an Azure Data Architect with 10–18 years of experience to lead end-to-end migration projects from Azure Synapse Analytics to Microsoft Fabric, based in India.

The role requires deep expertise in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS Gen2, CosmosDB, Purview, and governance tooling; strong SQL/T-SQL skills; and the ability to design modern data warehouses and scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and Azure cloud projects.
• Hands-on expertise delivering Azure Synapse Analytics to Microsoft Fabric migrations.
• Proficient in SQL Server, T-SQL, and advanced data modeling.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Stream Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of ADLS Gen2, CosmosDB, Purview, and Azure Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of Azure Synapse environments to Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop migration strategies including planning, execution, validation, cutover, and post-migration optimization.
• Design and maintain modern data warehousing solutions using SQL Server, ADLS Gen2, CosmosDB.
• Build and optimize data pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot data integration solutions.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across migration stages.
• Document architecture and best practices for knowledge transfer.
