Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced AzureWAF Cloud Engineer to design and manage WAF solutions across edge, cloud, and on-prem environments. You will implement robust security controls, rate limiting, and IoM access measures while integrating with CI/CD workflows.

Key responsibilities include WAF tuning, scripting in Python/PowerShell, IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and maintaining monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Background in cloud security and WAF technologies.

Responsibilities

• WAF tuning and configuration across edge, cloud, and on-premise.
• Implement security controls and rate-limiting for WAF deployments.
• Manage IDAM protocols and access control for WAF management.
• Automate security testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate WAF tooling with CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Monitor security events with logging/monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
• Address network/connectivity issues and provide security incident support.
