Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer in Bengaluru to lead Azure architecture, governance, and DR strategy. You will design IAM, implement security controls, and automate infrastructure using ARM/ Terraform.

The role requires hands-on experience with IaaS/PaaS, monitoring, and disaster recovery, enabling resilient cloud operations. You will drive migrations from on-prem to Azure, optimize costs, and ensure robust security posture with Azure Policy, Entra ID, and RBAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Proficiency in Azure security, identity, and governance.
• Experience with Azure monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migrations (on-prem to Azure).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform) and automation.

• Administer storage solutions (Blob, Files, snapshots, backup vault) ensuring resilience and performance.
• Configure and maintain NSGs, VM recovery/redeployment, and DR orchestration.
• Deploy and automate infrastructure using IaC tools (ARM, Terraform) and operational runbooks.
