Job summary

CLaaS2SaaS in Delhi seeks an experienced Azure AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications on Microsoft Azure. You will work with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform to create enterprise chatbots, knowledge assistants, and AI copilots.

You will collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions that drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/AI/ML.
• 5+ years in software development, cloud engineering, AI solutions, or related roles.
• Hands-on with Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI in production.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM apps in production environments.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Experience with Azure AI Search or equivalent vector search tech.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C#.
• Experience deploying apps/services on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiar with CI/CD via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of Azure security, governance, compliance best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Azure AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications on Microsoft Azure. You will work with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform to develop enterprise-grade chatbots, knowledge assistants, and AI copilots.

You will collaborate closely with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including chatbots, knowledge assistants, and enterprise copilots
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search, vector search, and enterprise knowledge sources
• Integrate Azure OpenAI and other LLM providers into business applications and workflows
• Develop AI solutions using Python and/or C#

Azure AI & Cloud Engineering

• Deploy and manage AI applications on Azure using services such as Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, and Virtual Machines
• Configure and manage Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and related Azure resources
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, compliance, and scalability

Copilot & Power Platform

• Design and build custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Integrate AI capabilities into business processes using Power Platform
• Develop conversational experiences and knowledge assistants for internal and external users

DevOps & Operations

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
• Support MLOps and AI application lifecycle management
• Monitor application performance, reliability, usage, and costs using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
• Maintain technical documentation and reusable solution assets

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and emerging LLM technologies
• Recommend improvements and best practices for AI solution architecture and delivery

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, AI solutions, or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI
• Experience building and deploying AI/LLM applications in production environments
• Strong experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval solutions
• Experience with Azure AI Search or equivalent vector search technologies
• Experience developing solutions using Python and/or C#
• Experience deploying applications and services on Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Understanding of Azure security, governance, and compliance best practices
• Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, LMS, or HR systems
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, model optimization, and fine-tuning
• Experience with multi-LLM architectures and orchestration
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates)
• Microsoft certifications such as AI-102, AZ-204, DP-100, or AZ-400
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
