As an AWS Solution Architect - Senior Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs, focusing on seamless integration and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver impactful results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escape, while crafting and conveying clear, engaging messages that tell a holistic story.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Design cloud architecture solutions leveraging the full breadth of AWS services including compute (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Fargate), storage (S3, EBS, EFS), databases (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Neptune, Redshift), and networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, CloudFront, Global Accelerator, Route 53, PrivateLink).
• Lead and institutionalize Well-Architected Framework reviews using the AWS WA Tool, driving continuous improvement across all six pillars (Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization, Sustainability).
• Design enterprise‑scale cross‑service integrations using API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, AppSync, and Kinesis.
• Establish architecture governance frameworks, review boards, and design authority processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives around performance engineering using CloudWatch, X-Ray, Trusted Advisor, and Compute Optimizer.
• Lead and mentor architecture teams, building organizational capability.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives

Collaborate with DevOps, Security, QA, and business teams for delivery excellence.
