As an AWS Solution Architect - Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs, leveraging your experience in analyzing requirements and developing technical designs. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in designing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures that optimize technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• Design cloud architecture solutions leveraging the full breadth of AWS services including compute (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Fargate), storage (S3, EBS, EFS), databases (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Neptune), and networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, CloudFront, Global Accelerator, Route 53).


• Lead Well-Architected Framework reviews using the AWS WA Tool and drive remediation programs across all six pillars.


• Design complex cross-service integrations using API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, and AppSync.


• Drive cost optimization and FinOps practices using Cost Explorer, Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, Compute Optimizer, and AWS Budgets.


• Design multi-account strategies using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and Landing Zone architectures.


• Implement performance optimization strategies using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Trusted Advisor.


• Govern architecture compliance across multiple project workstreams using AWS Config and Service Catalog.


• Lead and mentor architecture teams, establishing best practices and design standards.


• Drive architectural decision-making and stakeholder alignment.


• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and business teams for delivery excellence.
