Role Description

This full-time AWS Solution Architect role is based in Bengaluru in a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The AWS Solution Architect will design and implement end-to-end cloud solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand business requirements, translating them into technical architectures, and leading solution design sessions. The role involves guiding development teams, overseeing integration between systems, conducting architecture reviews, and preparing technical documentation and best practices. The architect will also support pre-sales activities, provide consulting on cloud adoption and migration strategies, and continuously evaluate AWS services to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Solution Architecture on AWS, including designing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud environments.
• Consulting abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Software Development with modern languages and frameworks, and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and data flows between cloud and on-premise systems.
• Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
• Hands-on experience with core AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation or Terraform).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional) are highly beneficial.
