Job summary

TenaraI Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior AWS WorkSpaces engineer to design and operate scalable EUC environments. You will drive architecture, implement automation, and manage WorkSpaces fleets across regions while coordinating with AWS and internal teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, incident leadership, and cost optimization. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and multi-platform familiarity (VDI/DaaS).

Qualifications

• Senior level hands on AWS WorkSpaces engineering and architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS WorkSpaces engineering initiatives and architecture.
• Manage EUC capabilities including WorkSpaces and related services.
• Oversee Windows/macOS endpoint troubleshooting and support.
• Implement monitoring and automation using CloudWatch, EventBridge, CloudTrail and Lambda.
• Engineer image lifecycle from creation to patching and deployment.
• Optimize WorkSpaces costs including billing modes and usage analysis.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM workflows for incidents, problems and changes.
• Lead major incidents with RCA, PIR and AAR facilitation.
• Communicate effectively with AWS and internal stakeholders.

Job description

Senior level hands on AWS WorkSpaces engineering and architecture experience

Deep AWS EUC knowledge including WorkSpaces Personal Secure Browser bundles images and directories

Strong AWS infrastructure including VPC subnets DNS routing security groups endpoints and Directory Service and AD

Windows and macOS endpoint and client troubleshooting

Monitoring and automation including CloudWatch EventBridge CloudTrail Lambda and scripting

Image lifecycle engineering including creation patching versioning and deployment automation

WorkSpaces cost optimization including billing modes cost optimizer and usage analysis

ServiceNow ITSM workflows including incident problem and change management

Major incident leadership and RCA PIR AAR facilitation

Strong communication and ability to lead technical discussions with AWS and internal stakeholders

Preferred

AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect SysOps and Advanced Networking

Multi platform VDI DaaS experience such as Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix as a differentiator

Experience scaling WorkSpaces fleets and supporting large migrations of 1000 or more workspaces

Experience standing up governance and lifecycle automation from scratch
