Job summary

TENARAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an expert to architect and operate AWS WorkSpaces at scale. You will own EUC strategy, manage image lifecycles, and optimize costs while driving incident management and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS WorkSpaces engineering and architecture experience.
• Deep EUC knowledge including WorkSpaces Personal Secure Browser bundles images and directories.
• Strong AWS infrastructure including VPC subnets DNS routing security groups endpoints and Directory Service and AD.
• Windows and macOS endpoint and client troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and automation including CloudWatch EventBridge CloudTrail Lambda and scripting.
• Image lifecycle engineering including creation patching versioning and deployment automation.
• WorkSpaces cost optimization including billing modes cost optimizer and usage analysis.
• ServiceNow ITSM workflows including incident problem and change management.
• Major incident leadership and RCA PIR AAR facilitation.
• Strong communication and ability to lead technical discussions with AWS and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS WorkSpaces engineering and architecture initiatives.
• Manage EUC environments and image/bundle deployment.
• Oversee networking, Directory Service, and AD components for WorkSpaces.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS endpoints and clients.
• Automate monitoring and incident response workflows.
• Develop and maintain image lifecycle processes and deployment automation.
• Optimize WorkSpaces spend and analyze usage data.
• Coordinate ITSM processes including incidents and changes.
• Lead major incident reviews (RCA/PIR/AAR) and communicate outcomes.
• Collaborate with AWS and internal teams to align technical strategy.
