Techstar Group is seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Engineer in Bengaluru to design and manage scalable cloud environments, including Landing Zones, multi‑account governance, and secure baselines.

You will implement infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, build reusable modules, and drive CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Octopus, and GoCD to automate deployments while ensuring robust monitoring and security practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services and Landing Zones, multi-account governance and security baselines.
• Expertise in AWS CDK for IaC and building reusable modules.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge with GitLab CI/CD and release tooling (Octopus, GoCD).
• Hands-on with monitoring/observability using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray and centralized logging patterns.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS/EKS).
• Troubleshooting across infra, pipelines, and deployments with thorough runbooks.

1. AWS Infrastructure Engineering

2. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Expertise;inAWS CDK (TypeScript)for;IaC.;
• Build reusable;IaC;modules for;computer, networking, storage, and security.;
• Implement;version-controlled;infrastructure using GitLab;repositories.controlled;infrastructure using GitLab repositories.;
• Ensure consistent deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).;

3. CI/CD Deployment Automation

• Experience withGitLab CI/CD, including runners, pipelines, and automation.;
• Experience withOctopus Deployfor release automation.;
• Experience withGoCDfor pipeline orchestration.;
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.;
• Automate environment provisioning and application deployments.;

4. Monitoring, Logging Observability

• Experience with CloudWatch, CloudTrail,;XRay, and centralized logging patterns.;
• Implement alarms, dashboards, log groups, and metric filters using;IaC.;
• Ensure monitoring coverage for shared services and application workloads.;

5. Containerization Orchestration

• Familiarity with Docker and orchestration using ECS/EKS.;
• Understanding;container networking, scaling, and security.;

6. Troubleshooting Operational Excellence
