Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting seeks an experienced AWS DevOps professional to lead secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and drive agile delivery in a fast-moving environment.

You will design, implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines, while mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and aligning architecture with product goals. Exposure to AI/ML workloads is a plus.

• Proven AWS DevOps experience with strong technical leadership and Agile/Scrum capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cloud security, and infrastructure reliability.
• Provide technical leadership by driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring engineering best practices.
• Perform Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and removing team blockers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to manage and prioritize backlogs and ensure successful sprint delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
• Exposure to AI/ML workloads, MLOps pipelines, Amazon SageMaker, or Amazon Bedrock is preferred.

Requirements

Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cloud security, and infrastructure reliability.

Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Python or Bash scripting.

Provide technical leadership by driving architecture decisions, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and ensuring engineering best practices.
