Job summary

Luxoft in India is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate cloud-native platforms on AWS, including Bedrock AI workloads.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, manage Kubernetes on EKS, and advance CI/CD/GitOps, while collaborating with security and data teams.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-native platforms on AWS.
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and IaC principles.
• Build Kubernetes-based platforms running on Amazon EKS.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Support AI/ML and Generative AI workloads, including Bedrock-based solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions across platform environments.
• Drive cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with development, data, and security teams to deliver secure and reliable platforms.
• Promote DevSecOps practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Support MLOps processes including model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and platform issues while driving continuous improvements.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, Terraform, and Amazon Bedrock to support the design, automation, and operation of modern cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in platform engineering, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and DevSecOps, while also being comfortable supporting AI/ML and Generative AI workloads in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 9+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services
• Proven expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience designing and operating cloud‑native solutions on AWS
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Bedrock and AI/GenAI platform integrations
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS, including Karpenter and Flux
• Experience with CI/CD implementation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with configuration management tools, preferably Ansible
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell
• Experience with observability and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk)
• Knowledge of secrets and configuration management solutions (AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, CyberArk)
• Understanding of MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and automation
• Strong understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, and compliance best practices
• Experience integrating security controls and policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
