Job summary

Mployee.me in Noida Sec 16 is seeking an hands-on AWS Engineer to manage and optimize AWS Control Tower, Account Factory, and Service Control Policies. The role operates on a 24x7 shift, based in Noida, with on-site collaboration.

You will configure logging, CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket, and develop IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK. Expect strong scripting, cloud security, FinOps focus, and incident response in a MSP-style environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive AWS operations experience in multi-account environments.
• Strong hands-on with AWS Control Tower and native AWS security/compliance services.
• Experience with Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid IaC background with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Container experience: ECS, Fargate, ECR.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
• AWS certification preferred (DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty, or Solutions Architect).
• Comfortable with 24x7 on call rotations and SLA driven incident management.
• MSP or managed services background.
• FinOps and cost optimization experience.
• Exposure to Azure/GCP (multi cloud awareness).
• Experience with DR testing and RTO/RPO planning.
• Familiarity with SOC monitoring environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline / CodeBuild integrated with BitBucket.
• Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Support containerized workloads on ECS / Fargate and manage ECR repositories.
• Implement monitoring (CloudWatch), runbooks, and participate in SLA driven incident response.
• Validate backups and disaster recovery posture; support DR testing.
• Provide FinOps recommendations for cost optimization and governance.
