Job summary

Infosys is seeking an AWS DevOps Lead to drive cloud platform initiatives on AWS, leading build, release, deployment, and operations across multiple environments. You will design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, promote IaC, implement security into pipelines (DevSecOps), and collaborate with development teams to raise release quality.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of hands-on AWS DevOps and cloud operations experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5–9 years of overall experience with strong, hands‑on focus in AWS DevOps and cloud operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BTECH/BCA/MCA/MTECH) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for production‑grade applications.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud networking basics, IAM/security fundamentals, and deployment strategies.
• Experience supporting production environments with monitoring, incident handling, and reliability improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing advanced CI/CD patterns such as blue-green/canary deployments and automated rollbacks.
• Strong expertise with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management to standardize environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration for cloud‑native deployments on AWS.
• Ability to define DevOps KPIs (deployment frequency, MTTR, change failure rate) and drive measurable improvements.
• Experience collaborating with security teams to integrate vulnerability scanning, policy checks, and secrets management into CI/CD.
• Prior experience leading/mentoring DevOps engineers and driving cross‑team alignment on release and operational processes.
