Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and automation. The role focuses on building secure, scalable cloud platforms and deployment pipelines for healthcare applications and data-processing workloads.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS or Azure infrastructure, and deploy containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes, using Terraform or CloudFormation

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Build & Release experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Strong Git and release workflow knowledge.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience, including deployments and scaling.
• Experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Monitoring/observability tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and secure CI/CD pipelines.

We are looking for a DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and production support. The role will focus on building secure, scalable, and reliable cloud platforms and deployment pipelines for healthcare applications and data-processing workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
• Deploy and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Provision infrastructure using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Automate operational and deployment activities using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and/or Ansible.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Integrate security scanning, secrets management, and access controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, architecture, and operations teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–8 years of DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Build & Release experience.
• Strong hands-on CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Strong Git, branching, pull request, artifact management, and release workflow knowledge.
• Strong hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience, including deployments, services, ingress, secrets, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Strong Terraform and/or CloudFormation experience.
• Hands‑on scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and secure CI/CD pipelines.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Certifications

• CKA or CKAD
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
• Relevant security or cloud architecture certification
