Job summary

Weekday AI in Bengaluru is seeking a cloud engineer to design, develop, and deploy applications using AWS cloud services for a client project. The role is full-time and on-site, with a salary range of Rs 700000 - 1400000 per year.

You will build scalable REST APIs and microservices, leverage serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and API Gateway, and implement secure cloud architectures with IAM, KMS, and Secrets Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based applications on AWS.
• Proficient in building scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architectures and AWS services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using AWS cloud services.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud applications.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Develop event-driven applications using Amazon SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
• Work with databases such as DynamoDB, RDS, and Aurora.
• Implement cloud security using IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and security best practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
• Monitor applications using CloudWatch and troubleshoot production issues.
• Write unit tests, perform debugging, and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
