Job summary

Cloud Raptor is looking for an AWS Cloud Operations & Support Engineer in Bengaluru to ensure stability, performance, and cost efficiency of AWS infrastructure. The role requires incident management leadership, CloudWatch monitoring, and proactive optimization across compute, networking, storage, and databases.

The candidate will handle OS upgrades, security updates, vulnerability assessments, and IAM policy management while communicating findings and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience in Cloud Infrastructure / AWS Operations.
• Strong skills in AWS, Cloud Administration and incident management.
• Degree from an affiliated university.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, performance & cost efficiency of AWS infrastructure.
• Lead incident management, RCA & preventive measures.
• Monitor AWS infra via CloudWatch, maintain SLAs/SLOs.
• Deploy & optimize compute, networking, storage, DB services.

• Communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders; deliver incident reports & optimization recommendations.

Work Details

• Location: Bengaluru
• Shift: 9 AM 6 PM IST
