Job summary

Infosys is seeking a senior AWS Cloud Engineer with extensive Terraform and Python experience to drive cloud provisioning, automation, and secure infrastructure design. The role emphasizes hands-on cloud engineering, networking, and security best practices across scalable AWS environments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in IaC, CI/CD, and DevOps, with strong troubleshooting skills and a proven track record in large-scale cloud projects.

Qualifications

• 35 years of relevant IT/Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Good hands-on experience with Python scripting/automation.
• Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
• Knowledge of AWS networking such as VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups and Load Balancers.
• Understanding of IAM roles, policies and cloud security.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to Ansible or other configuration-management tools.
• Experience working in enterprise cloud migration or cloud transformation projects.
