Job summary

KPMG Global Services in Bengaluru seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP and Azure. You will automate deployments, monitor reliability, and drive security and efficiency across environments.

Required: 5–7 years in DevOps, strong Python and Bash scripting, Terraform or Deployment Manager, Docker and Kubernetes, Linux administration, and excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience in cloud infrastructure design and migrations.
• Strong Python and Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, compute, IAM and storage services.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
• Linux system administration and troubleshooting.

Mandatory Skills

• Agile and DevOps enablement tools and applications by utilizing DevOps principles
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure design and migration projects.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Linux shell scripting (bash/sh).
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, compute, IAM, and storage services.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
• Proficient in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with container technologies (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document and present solutions.
