Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant cloud engineering experience.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cloud Engineer specializing in AWS and Terraform, with 4+ years of relevant experience, to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Development and Management:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructures on AWS.
• Implement and manage cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily utilizing Terraform.
• Automate cloud deployments and develop cloud-native applications.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer) to speed up Terraform, scripting and automation work
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated code deployments.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud solutions into application deployment processes.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Monitor cloud resources for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and reliability.
• Use AI-driven monitoring and alerting to detect issues early, and track the cost and usage of AI workloads (GPU, token usage)
• Collaboration and Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their cloud requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
• Innovation and Research:
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
• Recommend and implement new cloud solutions and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate new AI services and build internal AI-based automations to improve team efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in AWS.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Strong experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
