Job summary

Zenith HR Solutions in Mumbai invites applications for AVP/VP - Investment Banking. The role requires 8+ years of experience in investment banking, PE/VC or consulting to independently manage the full deal cycle from origination to closure.

You will originate and cultivate relationships with promoter/CXO levels, coordinate with cross-border investment banks and auditors, and lead the preparation of financial models, information memorandums, and pitchbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, PE/VC or consulting.
• Proven ability to originate and manage end-to-end deal cycles.
• Strong relationship-building with promoter/CXO levels and cross-border intermediaries.
• Analytical skills for feasibility studies, financial modeling, and valuations.
• Experience leading deal execution and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full deal cycle from origination to closure.
• Origin and cultivate relationships with promoter/CXO levels.
• Coordinate with cross-border banks, auditors and intermediaries for sourcing transactions.
• Lead financial modeling, information memorandums, and pitchbooks in support of negotiations.
• Supervise associates/analysts in preparing marketing materials and due diligence reports.
• Drive execution with client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
