Job summary

Michael Page is hiring a Senior Manager for US Real Estate Accounting in Hyderabad. You will lead accounting and financial reporting for large US Real Estate portfolios, applying US GAAP and ASC standards.

Hands-on work with Yardi Voyager/Breeze, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is required, along with a strong real estate accounting background including REITs or real estate funds. You will manage client engagements, oversee US stakeholder relationships, and guide high-performing accounting teams

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in US GAAP, ASC 842, ASC 805, and ASC 360.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager/Breeze, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
• Deep background in Property Accounting, REITs, Real Estate Funds, or Commercial Real Estate.
• Manage client engagements and US stakeholder relationships.
• Drive delivery excellence, month-end close, compliance and process improvements.

Senior Manager - US Real Estate Accounting

• Lead accounting and financial reporting for large US Real Estate portfolios.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, ASC 842, ASC 805, and ASC 360.
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi Voyager/Yardi Breeze, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.

• Drive delivery excellence, month‑end close, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager should have:

• CA/CPA preferred; ACCA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or Master's in Accounting also considered, with strong experience in US Real Estate / Property Accounting, including US GAAP, ASC 842, ASC 805, and ASC 360.
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi Voyager/Breeze, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms.
• A highly hands‑on and technically strong accounting leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving complex accounting challenges, and actively contributing to the growth and expansion of a practice, not just managing delivery from a distance.
• Background from a CPA firm, advisory firm, real estate services firm, or accounting BPO/GCC.
