Role Overview
- The role holder will be the primary enabler for driving the effective execution and delivery of HR multi‑disciplinary projects/programs, supporting different functions/businesses to achieve people outcomes.
- Enable delivery of people outcomes – provide actionable insights for formulation and delivery of people outcomes based on diagnosis of people risks and research on internal and external HR trends. Example outcomes include: organization simplification and agility through various programs in IWPB.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and execution of targeted programs for organic and in‑organic growth in strategic business areas for medium‑long term impact.
- Build future critical skills within the workforce aligned to future business strategy.
- Build an employee value proposition to attract and retain talent.
- Support diversity and inclusion strategies in the workforce through insights, governance, and control.
- Leverage technology and data to enable seamless employee experience.
- Project management – design structured action plans and manage day‑to‑day activities of the workstream/projects for effective implementation. Monitor risks and ensure timely delivery, execution and governance of tasks and deliverables as per the plan.
- HR workstream and projects design – partner with the CoEs, senior HR consultants and business stakeholders to co‑create and design specific interventions and key deliverables/solutions to deliver people strategy. Oversee and manage the OKRs for the respective workstreams and projects.
- Stakeholder Management – engage across peer groups (HRC teams, Heads of HR, HR CoEs, HR advisors) and businesses to enable successful project delivery and manage their expectations and requirements.
Requirements
- 6‑8 years of experience driving large initiatives across multiple HR areas with learning agility to explore new domains.
- External consulting experience, leveraging agile ways of working and proven project management methodologies.
- Experience in large projects related to Engagement, Culture, People Experience, Leadership, Talent Management is highly desirable.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possess strong analytical abilities to draw insights to support business decisions.
- Led and/or managed large scale, complex projects with end‑to‑end ownership, able to identify problems and mitigate risks.
- Critical thinker with strong influential skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across levels and geographies to deliver required results.
