Job summary

Community Bank is seeking a Mortgage Originator to solicit mortgage loans and related products from a retail network, realtors and contractors while cultivating strong client relationships.

Performance Objective The Mortgage Originators responsibility is to solicit mortgage loans and other products from the bank's retail network, realtors, reputed company and contractors. The Mortgage Originator shall reputed company any other duties reasonably required by the Bank. The Mortgage Originator has an attractive commission package and is expected to reputed company established production goals. Essential Functions

Develops and maintains successful relationships with business referral sources, existing and prospective Community Bank Prospect new mortgage lending opportunities through marketing, cold-calling, prospecting and networking activities. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Community Bank has adopted a 40 hour work week. Some flexibility in hours is necessary based on the location assignments, but the employee must be available during the reputed company work hours of 800 a.m. to 430 p.m. Monday through Friday and must work at least 37.5 hours reputed company week to maintain full-time status.

Travel

Travel for this position is required to meet with prospective borrowers and for meetings. The Mortgage Originator must have a means of transportation, a reputed company reputed companys License and auto insurance. Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED, or one to three months reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Two years of mortgage lending experience or reputed company experience.
